Yenepoya Institute of Technology  celebrated the Nations 71^st Independence Day, with great enthusiasm and national pride. The day started with the Dr. R. G. D’ Souza, Principal, YIT escorted by Physical Director Mr. Lokesh hoisting the national flag  followed by the national anthem. The Principal emphasized the need for unity among diverse students. At the same time faculty members and students of the institute took the oath to work for better India. Indeed, it was a day of joy, a day to love and respect our country and make it a better place for everyone to live and experience the freedom, peace and unity in diversity.
